“I don’t want a simple, well-decorated Hair Salon,” said Claudio. “I would like to create a sequence of experiences within my space for my clients. I have worked in the best jewelry stores in the world, and I would like to create beauty rituals and showcase the accompanying products as if they were real jewels.”

Marisa said: “Quality and attention to detail are what set me apart, and besides being beautiful, the space must be functional.”

We dismantled and reassembled the classic concept of a Hair Salon for almost six months until we created a new sequence of experiences. It ranges from the traditional waiting room, which becomes a Lounge bar, to the cut stations that transform into a Beauty island during the day and a large cocktail table in the evening. The wash zone turns into an infinite room of mirrors, for customers to isolate themselves from the world; while the gem of the VIP private room offers an even more unique experience for those who desire it.

The greatest challenges bring the greatest satisfactions, and in this case, the result is the Story of a client, now a friend, translated into design, with a space crafted around creating emotions and focusing on the customer experience.
